May 13, 2021 The Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG) has received permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to acquire a majority stake in the authorized capital of KARPATGAZVYDOBUVANNYA LLC, which is part of the ERU Group.
The purpose of the ERU Group is the attraction of foreign investment and professional expertise of Polish partners for the development of gas production in Ukraine and strengthening the energy independence of our country.
